The "Ardmore 1997" crafted with a commitment to the land and its inhabitants, is a blend of flavours shaped by this profound connection. The aroma leads with sunflower oil and oil paint, brightened by the zesty notes of green lemons, apples, and limes. As the scent unfolds, the chalky side emerges, unveiling the very soul of Ardmore.

Nose: A lot of sunflower oil and oil paint brightened by green lemons, apples and limes. Then the chalky side builds up.
Palate: Nicely oily, plenty of fruity notes, warmed up with hints of dough, grassy smoke, chocolate mints and echoes of Talisker pepper.
Finish: A delicious long, very coastal, with grassy smoke and hint of salt.
