Nose: Plums and prunes stewed in Armagnac, notes of raisins, and a slight savoury umami to follow.
Palate: More sweetness from big sherry fruits and stewed plums with some Christmas spice and a sweet umami akin to a Duck a l’orange.
Finish: Jammy and sticky fruity sweetness with a pinch of oak.
