Nose: Fragrant pineapples and nashi pears with barbecue seasoning. Grass threading in between, red chilli edges with Jamón layering underneath.

Palate: Fruits further crystallised and developed into a purer, sweeter form. Pear drops, cilantro and mint barbecue rub appear with chilli, iodine blots, citrus grass and malt.

Finish: A slightly bitter finish as notes of oak, espresso and coffee jelly emerge.
