Emanating from the annals of DCL's 19th-century origins, "Carsebridge" stands as a sentinel among the Lowland grain distilleries. The embodiment of an era, this distillery has risen to prominence as a single-grain treasure, graced by high age statements and embraced by discerning palates. The distillery's closure in 1983 has lent its exquisite stocks an air of rarity and reverence, as these dwindling reserves embody the legacy of an era.
"Secret Grain (Carsebridge) 1973" encapsulates the essence of the ages, a luscious and sweet tapestry woven from the past and all in a bottle.

Nose: Luscious, creamy and buttery, awash with toffee and buttered toast.
Palate: A lovely creamy mouthfeel of sweet grainy notes, followed by a wave of sweet oak and dried coconut shavings.
Finish: Mature oak notes gracefully mellow, leaving a balanced astringency.
