Nose: Fresh with a zesty citrus burst from lemon oils, accompanied by the invigorating scent of sea spray elegantly intertwined with vanilla essence and a delicate hint of gently smoked hay.
Palate: Big smoke and smoked hay with a dense malt sweetness that transitions into a more savoury smoked bonito-like profile with a lovely acidity from the citrus.
Finish: Beautifully balanced with a lingering peat, and notes of bitter lemon peels and orange rinds.
